The Site is hosted by a provider within the European Union territory in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR: No. 2016-679). The goal is to provide a service that ensures the best accessibility rate.

The hosting provider ensures the continuity of its service 24 hours a day, every day of the year. However, it reserves the right to interrupt the hosting service for the shortest possible durations, particularly for maintenance, improvement of its infrastructure, infrastructure failure, or if the Services and Performances generate traffic deemed abnormal.

VRS and the hosting provider cannot be held responsible in case of malfunction of the Internet network, telephone lines, or computer and telephony equipment, especially due to network congestion preventing access to the server.

ARTICLE 5 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Site and its Content, accessible via the Site (including but not limited to all data, information, texts, files, photographs, animated or still images, graphics, logos, videos, icons, drawings, models, music, and sounds) are protected by French and international laws relating to intellectual property.

The Studio and its licensors expressly reserve all rights to the Site and its Content. In particular, the Studio reserves all rights to the name Virtuose Reality Studio, the domain name www.virtuosereality.com, and all domain names, trademarks, logos, brand names, and/or trade names associated with the Site, it being understood that intellectual property elements of the Studio’s clients or partners mentioned on the Site remain the full and exclusive property of these clients or partners, with their brand names used solely for the limited purpose of the Studio’s client catalog.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation of any or all elements of the Site, regardless of the means or process used, is prohibited without prior written authorization from the Studio.

Any right not expressly granted under these Terms remains the exclusive property of the Studio, and any unauthorized use of the Site or any element contained therein will be considered as constituting infringement and prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of articles L.335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code.

Any use by the User of the Site and its Content in a manner not expressly authorized by these Terms may mean that the User infringes the rights of the Studio and/or the Studio’s clients and partners. The Studio and its licensors reserve all rights and remedies available for such infringement.
